antique doll collection

Last December, Margie Cooper passed away leaving her beloved anthology of antique dolls with her son and husband. Margie ‘s passion for dolls spanned throughout her lifetime and at the time of her passing, her collection amassed over two thousand unique pieces. This website was created as means to allow her precious dolls to be appreciated for years to come! Margie was the last in the family to cherish a great love for antiques; therefore, her son and husband have opted to allow her collection be passed on so that it may enrich the lives of many more to come!

Although the family all agreed that the collection should be passed on, they were slightly unclear how that should be done simply because there are so many special dolls! That’s where I came in. My name is Molly, I've lived next to the Coopers for years and after Margie's passing, agreed to help. Since that time, I have spent countless hours over the past year learning about, photographing and cataloging these amazing dolls.

Here is the best of Margie’s Collection, I hope you enjoy them as much as I have

****I had the collection appraised by Donna Curtain. I have taken her prices down considerably for quicker dispersal. None of us are perfect. As I undress and photograph the dolls I am adding and changing some of the information and prices if I find problems . I am not a professional so please let me know if any information appears incorrect or you need more pictures. All offers will be considered. The entire collection can be purchased at a discount.!****
